Cancellation Policy •  Your appointments are very important to us here at Paul Joseph's Salon.  We hold your appointments just for you and we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any of your appointments please provide us with a 24 hour notice.

This way our team will be able to adjust their schedule accordingly to accommodate other clients that are on our waiting list.

We do understand that unavoidable issues do come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of any emergency, etc.  However, if any last minute cancellation becomes excesive, you will be charged a cancellation fee:

Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% for your reserved appointment

As a courtesy, we will confirm your appointment(s) with the date and time two days, two hour before.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.

Standing Appointments  It is highly suggested that you book your services weekly, monthly, or any time that works best with your personal schedule. In doing so you are guaranteed the allotted time of your convenience and for the execution of services. Inquire at the reception desk for more details.

 

Payments  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks.  Returned checks are subject to a $25 service fee. Gratuities cannot be added to credit card payments.
